Scaling a stagnant mens’ clothing brand

Background
This company had been trading profitably for several years, but growth had stalled. The majority of sales were online as there was only one retail outlet which was in Canada.
Challenge
When our client approached us, their main challenge was a lack of direction and strategy for growth. Despite having a budget in place, their previous agency was unable to provide a clear plan for scaling the business. Our client knew they wanted to grow but were unsure of how to do so effectively.
Solution
Our team worked closely with the client to create a comprehensive growth strategy. We began with a starting spend of 15k and were eventually able to scale this 10X to $150k a month while maintaining their goal MER <30%. Our approach involved constantly looking for ways to drive the business forward, always seeking new opportunities to scale and hit new records along with an accelerated program of creative testing, iteration and continuous feedback which the client was not getting before. This began on Facebook but over time expanded to include TikTok and Google ads too.
Results
After a year of working with us, our client was able to achieve their first 7-figure month ever in November, reaching an impressive $1m which had been a business goal for years but they had never come close to achieving it. Our dedication to their success even allowed them to move to a larger office and warehouse and expand their workforce, even hiring a marketing and content team. They were also able to take on more inventory, meaning no more running out of stock and better rates from suppliers so there were multiple benefits to the scale we were able to deliver.
